NC adult men accused of raping, drugging female identified useless in Miami Seashore hotel could encounter homicide fees

Two North Carolina males billed with drugging and raping a female who was found useless during spring split in a Miami Beach hotel could facial area murder rates, authorities reported Tuesday.
