5 Miami Beach law enforcement officers arraigned on battery prices for tough arrests

MIAMI Seashore, Fla. – Five Miami Beach police officers have been arraigned Thursday early morning and billed with misdemeanor battery for the tough arrests of two males back in July.

The arraignment was digital and the officers’ attorneys spoke on their behalf.

All those now-relieved-of-responsibility officers who are experiencing prices are Jose Perez, Kevin Perez, Robert Sabater, David Rivas and Steven Serrano.

According to authorities, officers were being making an attempt to quit a scooter rider for illegally parking and hanging an officer prior to the incident happened.

Surveillance online video from within the Royal Palm Hotel shows that person, Dalonte Crudup, functioning into the resort when a lieutenant confronted him in the elevator with a gun.

Crudup dropped to the floor with his fingers up.

After he was handcuffed, prosecutors say you can see Kevin Perez kicking Crudup in the head and slamming him to the floor. Jose Perez then kicks him once again.

Prosecutors say the surveillance movie shows Sabater tackling Vaughn and also demonstrates Rivas and Serrano punching him.
